rootBerz LLC owns the application (hereinafter, referred to as app).


The app is a quick and fun way to workout, compete with your friends, and improve your health.


Personal Information:
If you do not log in to our app, then we will not collect any personal information. Only if you choose to login to our app, which you can do using a Facebook or Google account, with your consent, we collect personal information to help personalize the app, by suggesting friends and profile information. We collect your workout results and share them with your friends.


We do not share any personal information with third parties. However, our app does give users the ability to share via the “share” button. Any information shared via the “share” button will fall under the Privacy Policy belonging to the platform that the user chooses to share to.


Our app does give users the ability to connect to Google Fit. If this option is enabled, then any workouts marked by the user as completed will be inserted into Google Fit.


Account Deletion:
If you email us a screenshot of your profile information within the app, and request it to be deleted, we will delete it from our system.


Children:
Our services are not intended for – and we don’t direct them to – anyone under 13. And that’s why we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.


Revisions to the Privacy Policy:
Periodically we change this Privacy Policy. We will let you know by revising the date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
